Admission Procedure

1. Complete Admission Form

Parents or guardians must complete the Student Admission Form with accurate details.

2. Submit Required Documents

Submit all required documents including photographs, B-Form and academic records.

3. Read & Sign Policies

Parents/guardians must read and sign the School Policies and Parent Undertaking.

4. Fee & Registration

Pay the applicable admission and registration fees to complete the process.

5. Admission Confirmation

The school will issue a Student Admission Slip confirming successful admission.

Important Information

Admission Confirmation

Students will not be allowed to attend classes without submitting the official Admission Slip on the first day of school.

Academic Session

The academic session at AI Future School System runs from March to February each year.

Parent / Guardian Undertaking

Parents or guardians must sign an undertaking confirming that they:

Have read and understood the school rules, policies, and regulations
Agree to comply with the Tuition & Fee Policy
Will ensure timely payment of school fees
Will support the school in maintaining discipline and academic standards

The school reserves the right to revise or amend its policies when necessary.

Documents Required for Admission

Please submit the following documents during admission

Four Passport Size Photographs

Four recent passport-size photographs of the student are required.

B-Form / Birth Certificate

Copy of the student’s B-Form or Birth Certificate.

Parent / Guardian CNIC

Copy of CNIC of both parents or guardians.

School Leaving Certificate

Previous School Leaving Certificate (if applicable).

Previous Academic Record

Copy of the student’s latest school report card or academic records.

The school reserves the right to request additional documents if required.

Tuition & Fee Policy

Monthly Tuition Fee

Play Group – Class 5: Rs. 3,000 per month
Class 6 – Class 8: Rs. 4,000 per month
Fee bills are issued on the 1st of every month.
Last date for payment is the 10th of the month.

Registration Fee: Rs. 1,000
Admission Fee: Rs. 5,000 (Waived Off)
Annual Resource Charges: Rs. 5,000 (Waived Off)
Security Deposit: Rs. 2,000 (Waived Off)

School Bag (where applicable)
School Badge

Admission Fee, Annual Resource Charges and Security Deposit are waived as a special concession by AI Future School System.

Fee Revision Policy

AI Future School System reserves the right to review and revise tuition fees and other charges when necessary due to inflation or operational requirements.

Late Payment Policy

If the fee is not paid by the 10th of the month, a late payment fine may be applied.

Restriction from classes or school activities
Disqualification from examinations
Removal of student’s name from school roll after notice

Security Deposit

The security deposit is refundable when the student withdraws provided that:

All school dues have been cleared
School property has been returned

Refund Policy

Registration Fee is non-refundable
Admission Fee is non-refundable
Annual Resource Charges are non-refundable
Tuition fees already paid will not be refunded

Examination Policy

All dues must be cleared before exams
Applies to Monthly Tests
Mid-Term Exams
Final Exams

School may withhold report cards or certificates until dues are cleared.

Absence Policy

Tuition fees remain payable even if a student is absent due to:

Illness
Travel
Personal reasons
Extended leave

Emergency Closures

If the school closes due to government directives, epidemics, emergencies, or natural disasters, tuition fees remain payable according to the regular schedule.

Parent / Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

Ensuring timely payment of all school dues
Complying with school policies and regulations
Maintaining communication with the school regarding fee matters

Student Withdrawal Policy

Important guidelines regarding student withdrawal

Withdrawal Procedure

Parents must submit a written request for a School Leaving Certificate (SLC) to the school office.

Request must be submitted before the 20th of the month
If submitted after the 20th, next month's fee will also apply

Issuance of SLC

All dues must be cleared
School property must be returned
Administrative formalities completed

Processing time for SLC is approximately 10-15 working days.

School Rights

AI Future School System reserves the right to:

Update or revise school policies and procedures when necessary
Verify the authenticity of documents submitted during admission
Refuse admission or cancel enrolment if incorrect information is provided
